TeleCAM™ and the Telehealth Institute for Child Maltreatment A Partnership Serving Child Victims

VisualShare, the developer of TeleCAM™ a – remarkable technology that allows for secure communication and exchange of data of all types including pictures, videos and X-rays – has entered into a partnership with the Telehealth Institute for Child Maltreatment. The Institute, a program of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, has brought together a team of national leaders in the provision of child abuse medical evaluation and care to serve as peer reviewers and – if needed – mentors for child abuse medical providers irrespective of their location.

Visual share will continue to provide vital services to child abuse programs such as consultation records management, secure case storage and facilitated communication. The Institute – with generous support from the National Children’s Alliance – will provide around the clock clinical support to providers everywhere. Whether a center has experienced medical providers who simply need peer review or a new medical provider who would like mentoring with 100% case review regular real-time case conferences, the Institute will provide a program tailored to the program’s needs.
