TeleCAM and TeleHealth Come to New Hampshire!
New Hampshire Network of Children's Advocacy Centers (NHNCAC) recently secured grant funding from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (NHCF) to bring a telehealth initiative called Teleconsulting in Child Abuse Medical Assessments (TeleCAM™) to New Hampshire.
One of only a handful of state’s capitalizing on this new innovative technology, TeleCAM™ is a secure, HIPPA compliant web-based application that will allow medical providers from geographically distant communities to share medical images with one another for the purposes of continuity of care and training. This telehealth initiative is currently being rolled out across NH and will help ensure all New Hampshire communities will have access to medical providers specially trained in child abuse evaluations.
TeleCAM™ is owned and operated by Visual Share a Utah based company that specializes in software applications for organizations that need to share images, conduct reviews and document results.
