Our company uses a number of different devices to capture our images - will VisualShare be able to view and collaborate from multiple [imaging devices or] sources?

VisualShare solutions are device agnostic and in most cases can consume images from any device.

Our images can sometimes be over 2 Gigs in size. Can we still zoom, annotate and share with our different locations at the same speed?

Yes, VisualShare image collaboration and image management solutions are designed to allow multi user synchronous annotation, zooming, panning of images up 2.0 Gigabytes in size.

Because of the integrity of our data, we need your collaboration software behind our firewall - is that possible?

Yes, VisualShare develops an on premise server solution that serves as a secure communication layer behind an organizations firewall. We work with our customers to integrate VisualShare into their enterprise.

Can VisualShare give us video and audio conferencing during the collaboration meeting?

Yes, VisualShare has partnered with Virtual Interactive to provide audio and video from within the VisualShare framework. Audio and video is a separate module that can be included at any time at the customers request.

What type of reporting and search features will we have for our archived cases?

Currently, VisualShare solutions come standard with record reporting. Record reporting is a secure pdf report that captures the content of a record, including the images if needed, into the Adobe PDF format. VisualShare also offers ad hoc reporting solution designed for a specific problem or task such as reporting on sentinel indicators or...

How long can I keep a collaboration room open?

Collaboration rooms can be left open for as long as the moderator or owner of the room determines it should be left open.
