Free technical support is available for each product or upgrade for 30 days from the first call to Customer Support.

The following support options are available from this web site:

Support Agreement

A Support Agreement is available to end users who wish to receive technical support and version upgrades for a year. The cost of the Agreement is 10% of the retail price of the Software per year. It includes:

  • Unlimited technical support (either by phone, fax, or email) for 12 months from the date of purchase,
  • Version upgrades (usually three per year),
  • Maintenance upgrades (bug fixes).

Alternative Support

Telephone support after the initial 30 days is available at the rate of $125 per hour for both on and off-line support, billed in fifteen minute increments.
